What is the 75 Crunchy Challenge?

The 75 Crunchy Challenge is a 75-day wellness journey designed to help you build healthier habits, refresh your mind, and stay hydrated! Starting this August, we challenge you to incorporate the following daily practices into your routine:

  1. Meditate For at Least Five Minutes: Begin or end your day with a peaceful meditation session. Just five minutes of mindfulness can reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. Our CEO Megan likes to meditate with MWH meditations. Other great app options are Insight Timer or Calm. 
  2. Drink 1 Gallon of Water: Hydration is THE key to a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you consume at least one gallon of water daily, including your favorite Crunchy Hydration flavors, to keep your body functioning at its best.
  3. Eat One Meal Without Your Phone: In our digital age, we often forget to savor our meals. Take the time to enjoy one phone-free meal each day. Relish the flavors, connect with those around you, and be present in the moment.
  4. Get Outside: Fresh air and natural surroundings can do wonders for your mental and physical health. Find a time during the day to be in the sun and soak up Vitamin D. We love to get outside first thing in the morning to start our day right and feel grounded and ready to embrace the day. 
  5. Move Your Body: Whether it’s a strength training workout, hiking, yoga, or taking your dog for a brisk walk, be sure to move your body for at least 30 minutes a day.   6. Self-Care Action: Self-care is vital for maintaining a healthy relationship with your body and mind. In our busy lives, it can be hard to remember to check in with ourselves and reward ourselves for the hard work we do everyday!  So, each day, do one thing that makes you feel good.
